A scalable alternative to building a private C-Suite.

Constructing an internal executive organisation is expensive and operationally demanding — and it makes you responsible for managing the very team intended to reduce your workload. Werewolf offers a different architecture.

Engagement fees are established after a confidential assessment and reflect the scope, complexity and standing capacity a mandate requires. We do not publish rate cards, because we do not price a mandate before understanding it.

07 How an Engagement Begins

Five steps, and nothing begins before the mandate is written.

  1. Private inquiry

A short, confidential note through the intake on this site — or a direct introduction. No marketing follows, in any circumstance.

  2. Confidential assessment

One or two conversations to map what actually exists: entities, advisers, obligations, properties, projects, and where the load currently falls on you.

  3. Mandate design

A written mandate: domains in scope, authority delegated, approval thresholds, reporting cadence, access map, and the executives accountable by name.

  4. Standing up the office

The operating environment is built, records are consolidated, obligations are instrumented, and every adviser is introduced to the coordination layer.

  5. Continuous operation

The office runs. Scope is reviewed on cadence and expands or contracts at your direction. Complexity removed is the measure that matters.

Step One

A single, confidential conversation.

No obligation, no proposal deck, and no follow-up campaign. One conversation about what your affairs actually require — and an honest answer about whether we are the right structure for them.
